Kandu's name, pronounced "can-do", appropriately describes his positive outlook and work ethic. Upon graduating from SUNY Oswego with a bachelor's degree in psychology, Kandu started a successful personal training business. His transition into Real Estate was seamless due to the interpersonal skills developed in college, and applied and refined in the competitive profession of personal training. Using these skills, Kandu's objectives are to understand the client's needs and get them to, or as close as possible to, their expectations.
Through hard work and extensive training, Kandu has procured extensive knowledge of the Hamptons real estate market, inventory, and understands what true customer service means. His client-first approach speaks for itself in terms of client satisfaction.
Kandu is also a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
